How do I make an offline copy of the claim table?
To make an offline copy of the claim table please go to the homepage of CargoClaims and click on the "Search submitted claims".
The page will ask for an email and password, use your credentials to log in.
If the user does not have a password yet, click on 'Forgot your password?' or 'click here' to obtain it. Insert the users email address to receive a mail with a direct link to your claims portal, where you can also change your password.
Once you are in the Submitted issues tab you will be able to create the offline copy. The claim files can be exported to a XLS, HTML and CSV file.
NOTE:
The offline copy will be an exact copy of the table viewed on the Air Cargo Claim Portal. This means that the exported table will be the exact same size and contain the exact same information and columns as the table in the application.
To change the size of the table, go all the way down to the bottom of the table in the Air Cargo Claims Portal and click on the number shown next to the 'Show rows:' text. Once the user has done that, a dropdown menu will appear. The user can now select the quantity of claims shown on the Portal.
The maximum amount of claims that can be exported as an offline copy is 1000 per export.
