How do I update existing Freemium files?

To update Freemium files please go to the homepage of CargoClaims and click on the "Search submitted claims".

The page will ask for an email and password, use your credentials to log in.

If the user does not have a password yet, click on 'Forgot your password?' or 'click here' to obtain it. Insert the users email address to receive a mail with a direct link to your claims portal, where you can also change your password.

Once logged in you will be able to see the overview of all files connected to your account. It is possible to change certain parts of these claims regarding to claim information. Press on the 'Tracking #' to open a file.

In the claim file you will be able to change or add documents within this panel:

In the claim information panel the Freemium user will be able to change the claim amount, currency and claim type (preliminary/formal). The user can also write a brief description of what happened.
