How do I file a claim on CargoClaims?

When you are on the homepage of CargoClaims you will have two possibilities. The first possibility is to file a claim at the worldwide office of an airline and the second possibility is to file a claim locally at a station in the Netherlands. Choose the airline/carrier you wish to file the claim at by typing the Master airwaybill, IATA code or ICAO code in the search box. It is also possible to search the airline/carrier manually in the list on the homepage.

Now fill in the form as complete as possible and add any files that are related to the claim.

Read the terms of use and tick the box if you accept the terms once you are done filling in the form. Press on proceed to continue to the communication popup.

Now you can edit the email that will be send to the airline if you desire and press on send to submit the claim.

Congratulations you have filed your first claim and received a Freemium credentials in your email!

The new claim will be automatically added to your overview once you submit it if you already have a Freemium account.
