To communicate in the application please go to the homepage of CargoClaims and click on the "Search submitted claims".
The page will ask for an email and password, use your credentials to log in.
If the user does not have a password yet, click on 'Forgot your password?' or 'click here' to obtain it. Insert the users email address to receive a mail with a direct link to your claims portal, where you can also change your password.
Once logged in, you will be able to see the overview of all files connected to your account. Press on the 'Tracking #' to open a file you wish to communicate in.
Emails to the other involved party can be sent in the communication area panel. Click on the subject and scroll all the way down to reply.
